Nw Pst

The habit of dropping vowels from a language has been tried (unsuccessfully) before by Ancient Hebrew.

Apparently, as contemporary Americans we have generated a lust for short, direct, and less-than-200-character communication and have spawned anew this archaic, outmoded, and near-forgotten form of linguistic butchery.

I thought about putting this post in this “English lite” as an example but my soul was rended by the attempt and I had to withdraw from the endeavor.

As for the art style of the comic itself, I was doodling in Photoshop 6 to test out its abilities and see how capable I might be of sketching out my work directly on the computer in the future. This excuse for a comic was the result. I’ll make more attempts (maybe even better ones!) later.

Happy Tuesday!
